Shipping.

Where does Liip ship to?

We currently ship to the 50 United States with plans to expand into Canada soon.

While we work to bring Liip to more places around the world, tag us @liipbrand to let us know where you live!

Shipping rates.

We offer one, $4 Standard shipping speed of 4-8 business days for all orders. Orders over $15 receive Free Shipping.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2pm ET are often processed and shipped the same day, while orders placed after 2pm ET will be processed the following business day. Orders placed over weekends or holidays often ship on the next business day.

All things considered, you can generally expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days and you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way.

Why isn’t my order status updating?

Sometimes, it takes carriers 1-2 business days to register a package in their systems which can be entirely frustrating. If it’s been a couple of days and you’re not seeing anything you should check with them first. Then, if you still not getting anywhere you can send us a note at hello@liipbrand.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.

Can I edit my shipping address?

Ah! Mistakes happen. Send us a note at hello@liipbrand with the subject: [Order Number] Change Address Request and include the updated shipping address in the body of your email and we’ll get it taken care of. Of course, this is way easier if your package hasn’t been processed yet but we can likely get things sorted out right up until it’s out for delivery.

Order questions.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated after your order is placed and again once your order ships.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve found two valid promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more. (You can find them all here :)

Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?

Yes, you can use a promo code along with free shipping when your order is worth $15 or more. Other offers advertised on the website without a code will be automatically applied and cannot be used along with a separate promo code. If your order qualifies for an advertised offer and you also enter a promo code, we’ll apply the best deal.
